Your education, your writing, your past experience in the medical/paramedic world, and as you have so eloquently stated, your desire to help people make you they perfect fit for being a paralegal. You may have to take some additional classes in order to acquire some specific skills. I employ 4 paralegals. They are all wonderful women, but only 2 of them have any sustained face to face interaction with my many clients; they mostly interact via telephone.
